1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Anime Wall ("the App"), provided by MJ Android Dev ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License and permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or make wallpapers available to the public outside of normal personal use (e.g. as your device wallpaper);
• Use wallpapers or App content for commercial purposes, merchandise, or in any product or service offered to others;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by law;
• Use the App in any way that infringes the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.

3. Intellectual property

All anime characters, artwork, and trademarks displayed within the App are the property of their respective owners, creators, publishers, and studios. We do not claim ownership of the underlying anime intellectual property. Wallpaper images are sourced from third-party image hosts and are made available within the App strictly for personal wallpaper use.

The App's own software, design, and branding (excluding third-party artwork) are the property of MJ Android Dev.

4. No affiliation or endorsement

Anime Wall is an unofficial, fan-made application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any anime studio, publisher, distributor, or rights holder referenced or depicted within the App, including but not limited to the studios and publishers behind Bleach, Naruto, Demon Slayer, Attack on Titan, Jujutsu Kaisen, My Hero Academia, Dragon Ball Z, Death Note, and Fullmetal Alchemist.

5. Third-party content disclaimer

Wallpaper images displayed in the App are hotlinked/served from third-party image sources. While we make reasonable efforts to curate appropriate content and to remove infringing material promptly upon a valid notice (see our DMCA policy), we do not independently verify the copyright status of every image at the moment it is added, and we make no representation as to the completeness or accuracy of any third-party content.

6. In-app purchases & ads

The App is free to use and supported by advertising (Google AdMob). A one-time Remove Ads Premium in-app purchase is available to remove ads. All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing; refunds, billing disputes, and payment issues are handled under Google Play's own refund policies — we do not process payments or refunds directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJ Android Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for most users, is zero).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MJ Android Dev from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, please see our full DMCA / Copyright takedown policy. We remove infringing content promptly upon receipt of a valid, complete takedown notice.

11. Modification or discontinuation of service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
